Flushed Away is a 2006 British-American computer-animated action-adventure comedy film directed by David Bowers and Sam Fell, produced by Cecil Kramer, David Sproxton, and Peter Lord, and written by Dick Clement, Ian La Frenais, Chris Lloyd, Joe Keenan and William Davies.

Why It's Great:[]

  1. It was Aardman's first feature film to use with CGI.
  2. Great voice acting, especially Hugh Jackman as Roddy and Kate Winslet as Rita.
  3. Ratropolis seems to be a great place in England.
  4. Ian McKellen did a great job voicing The Toad as the film's main antagonist.
  5. The Toad also has his backstory about how he got a pet from a boy, before he got a pet rat and flushes the toad in the toilet has charming.
  6. Great action scenes.
  7. The talking slugs are hilarious.
  8. Great songs, especially Ice Cold Rita and What's New Pussycat?
  9. There's even some Easter Eggs from other DreamWorks properties and the works of Aardman too in the vein of Pixar, like an Alex plush toy referencing that character from Madagascar.
  10. The characters are hilarious and likable, particularly Roddy and Rita.
  11. Funny scenes like when Rita beats up Roddy.
  12. It has many funny jokes such as the time joke.

Bad Qualities[]

  1. Sid can be unlikable at times, since he flushed Roddy down the toilet.
