Legend is a 1985 American dark fantasy adventure film directed by Ridley Scott. It was produced by Embassy International Pictures N.V. and released in the United Kingdom on December 13, 1985 and in the United States on April 18, 1986. Universal Pictures distributed the film in the United States and Canada while 20th Century Fox distributed it internationally.
